This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data when you interact with Jumping Zebras, whether you’re browsing our website, contacting us, or working with us creatively.

What data do we collect?

When you visit our website, we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location. We also track how you navigate the site — which links you click, how long you stay on a page, and how often you return.

If you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order, we may also collect identity-related information including your name, email address, phone number, billing details and delivery address.

How do we collect your data?

How do we collect your data?

Your technical and behavioral data is collected automatically through cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details). Personal details such as your name or email address are only collected when you provide them through one of our forms — for example, when subscribing to updates, requesting a quote, or sending us a message. This information allows us to respond to your inquiry, deliver the requested service, or stay in touch.

Why do we process your data?

We use technical data to maintain and improve the performance, security and usability of our website. It also helps us understand how users engage with our content so we can offer a better experience.

We use personal and contact details to fulfil agreements — such as delivering an order or responding to a message — or to send occasional emails or updates if you’ve given your consent. We never send promotional emails without your explicit permission.

On what legal grounds do we process your data?

We only process your data when we have a valid legal basis. This includes your consent (e.g. accepting cookies or subscribing to our newsletter), our contractual obligation (e.g. delivering a service or order), our legal duty (e.g. for accounting or record-keeping), or our legitimate interest (e.g. improving our website and creative services).

If consent is our legal basis, you always have the right to withdraw it — no questions asked.

Do we share your data with others?

We only share your data when it’s strictly necessary to deliver our services. For example, our hosting provider processes the website data on our behalf, and payment providers may handle your transaction if you purchase something.

All third parties we work with are carefully selected and required to protect your data using appropriate security and privacy measures. We never sell your data, and we never share it with unrelated parties.

How long do we store your data?

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to achieve the intended purpose, or to comply with legal obligations. For example, order-related data may need to be kept for accounting purposes. Once the data is no longer needed, it is deleted securely.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access your personal data and request corrections if the information is inaccurate or incomplete. You may also ask us to delete your data, restrict its processing, or object to how it’s being used — including for profiling or marketing.

If our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and — where applicable — to transfer it to another provider.

To exercise any of these rights, you can send a message to hello@jumpingzebras.be We’ll respond as quickly as possible.
